Hi!

Tried to use the factory-fitted tow bar for the first time this weekend.
(New Superb)
No power could be measured in the outlet. The fuses checked. The light switch is activated. Trailer works fine on other cars.
Grateful if anyone has a good solution?

There was no time at the dealership until next week.

I am guessing they didn't enable the software in the car.

The car controls and monitors the electrics to the trailer. Sounds like it wasn't enabled at the factory. Not much you can do until you get it to the dealer who can enable it for you.

As above.. if theres no power across any of the pins, its a software issue or failing that a wiring issue.
