Hi, could somebody please advise the exact factory specs for mk1 vRS springs? They do come lowered as standard, right?? Looking to install all four as my current ones are too high at front (think they're standard Octy height) and I'm convinced the two rear lowers have a discrepancy between them. Many thanks.

VRS springs are indeed lower than standard springs. Used to be a dealer part only. Apparently some Motor Factors can now supply the correct VRS springs, but make sure first as it's common for them to supply standard springs.

Funnily enough I looked into this yesterday for mine. The OE numbers are 1j0411105aj front and 1j0511115aa rear for the springs, which cross reference over to Kilen numbers of 23113 front and 63124 rear. They are listed as specific for the mk 1 vRS hatch as well by kilen (lesjofors)
