Newbie interior question.

Featured Replies

Hi

Im hopefully going to look at a vRS tomo, and if i like it i think i will buy, ive been taking my time thinking what car to buy, my list was Audi A4, Seat Leon Cupra and a vRS, from all the reviews for the car it looks like it will be one, and im looking forward to the test drive :)

I think the car looks great, but would be interested to know if anyone has changed the carpets and door cards to black, just personal preferance really, not big deal.......... is it a simple-ish change and do you have to take all the door car off, or just the white bit??

Another thing, is the interior basically a golf/bora, ie i could buy a carpet and door cars for a golf and they would fit????

Anyway, cheers in advance.

Gav

At least one member has had the carpet (floor lining) changed for one of a darker colour by their dealer. The carpet cost circa £228. I don't know what the fitting cost was.

Had my octy for about 5 months now and one of the biggest problems with the car is the grey cloth and grey carpets. The cloth on the seats and doors marks really easy, even if you sit on the seats with a wet coat. The carpets are easily marked with it being such a light colour.

I have got the car going in next month for the middles of the seats and all 4 door cards doing in red leather which will cost

I have got the car going in next month for the middles of the seats and all 4 door cards doing in red leather which will cost £300

Is it a skoda dealer doing that or or a different company?
