Computer security Gadget (plug in)?

That's a 2 year old report. Current test, as I say, debunks your comments completely.

Anything less than 95% and you might as well not bother having an AV, so a 74% detection rate for Microsoft shows exactly how bad it is. Condoms are rated at 99.9% effective, yet still thousands of users get their female companion pregnant.

I really hope you dont have anything to do with site security or data protection.

1 in every 1,000 you could say...

I go in bare back.

Am i doing something wrong ??

To the auditors I'd describe that as having assessed the situation and made a 'risk based approach'.

Nothing wrong with taking your shirt off, especially if the air temperature is on the warm side.

Thought for the day;

Because the platypus both lays eggs and produces milk, it is one of the few animals that can make its own custard.

As stated though, my boot time scans always show up as not being able to scan all files. I have asked you guys before on this but the outcome was still uncertain.

My Avast (free) and Malwarebytes (free) and WinDefender all show as clean, but have heard that a virus can get around these if you mistakenly let it in in the first place.

Cheers guys.

This may also be part of your problem, since all 3 of these can diagnose either of the other 2 as being "a virus".

My virus gateway has 2 different boot partitions, with different AV software installed one on each partition exactly because both software think the other is a virus.

Only if more than one is "memory resident" at the same time, MWB can be either, depending if you have the free or the paid for version; Windefender is a waste of space though (see results in earlier link)
