The traction control and abs lights come up on my dash bord Octavia 09 and engine not start to . please any help thank you

Check battery and fuses

The battery it's fine because I have try to start the car few time and no slow down I hope is some fuse thank you

Which engine? The diesels won't inject fuel unless the starter spins them over 250rpm.

 

And ABS + TC warning lights suggests low battery charge.
