I think this low should reduce the air pressure on your sinuses.

FK coilovers. On that pic,it will drop another 10/15mm, but this is dangerous due to the proximity of tyre to wheel arch liner.... Bit hairy going around bends BzzzZZZzzzZZZzzz....
