mine lasted a year, just the drivers worn through after 40,000 miles.

Dont have any but do you still have ordinary or rubber mats fitted?

I bough these heavy duty rubber OE ones from Superskoda with a over the rear tunnel cover  and well happy with them.

They are curved quite high  at the edges and kept all the melted snow away from the carpet last week... :strong:

I too struggled to just find a replacement for my drivers one 55k miles/4 years. Bought a completely new set from Skoda dealer for £38 which included the Superb name and two locating holes.
