1.2 TSI Remaps

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Relatively new to the page since I have not long bought a fabia.

All is good, great wee car. I'm looking at remapping it in the new year but I just wanted to see what people would recommend map wise, their gains/experience with it and also who to go to?

I have the 86BHP one at the moment and stage 1 will take it to roughly 136BHP which i'd be happy with.

Any help will be great  :notme:

I went to Awesome GTI and told APR do not have map for the 84hp which my 2011 1.2 tsi is, Quantum and BHP also did not have a map. I did get a map from Unicorn Motor Develoments (Dyno at 88 to 120.7hp).

Thanks for the feedback guys, will have a look just now????

Well Awesome/APR/Quantum/BHP are either telling lies or that they do not maps for all ECUs as some like mine is not listed a they cannot map, the latter I think is true.

Anyway good luck,

I'm happy with my remap and would recommend you try for yourself APR, Quantum or BHP as when spoke to them on the phone they all said they could provide a remap but when I went to them to get it done they all said no once they attached their laptops. Awesome said APR would look into getting a map and would get back to me within two weeks, four weeks later still no word.

Got mine done just over a week ago (11th) by Unicorn, who said they do their own maps, so if the your local APR franchiser cannot do it ask them to suggest another mapper.
