Hi all been looking at getting a scanning tool for the Fabia . I don't have a laptop , so I was either thinking of a simple code reader or maybe an app to make my iPhone 6 work as one ..

Any suggestions welcomed

Anything other than a professional quality scan tool or VCDS will be extremely limited in function and scope, get a very cheap secondhand laptop, VCDS and a cable, you can get an old laptop adequate to run VCDS for very little money.
