Hi,

Managed to reverse the passenger side mirror into a concrete post being rather tired and stressed. I ended up cracking/taking a chunk out of the front soft plastic and the indicator lens. The glass is fine, as is the motor, black magic painted cap, indicator and heating.

Anyone know the part numbers and where I could get them please? I had a look on the inside of the surround but couldn't see anything. I imagine they're similar to the golf parts?

I tried to upload a shame shot, but apparently I've run out of space!? (Only got 5 images in the gallery)

Tried superskoda but no joy. The link is the only bit I've not broken.

eBay hadn't got anything to suit either. Hence wondering about VW parts?

If I give the dealer's a heads up do you think they'll not charge me a fortune?

Eh? What bits are you looking for? There's at least four black magic MK3 Octavia mirrors in that eBay link?

I'm just after the bezel. The softer black/grey plastic that surrounds the front. And the lens rather than the entire indicator.

I can see the entire mirror (incl motor etc) on eBay, but quite expensive when I only need the plastic.
