Back after a while away - Octavia mk2 FL

Hi,

Registered ages ago when the wife had a nice little Fabia 1.4 W reg.  Always liked skodas and have always been browsing.

Ive had a Mk4 Golf myself for the past 13 years and been on uk-mkivs, but not so much the past few years.

Anyway, growing kids etc, and the golf feeling smaller and smaller as time goes on, ive found myself a nice Octavia Elegance 2009 FL hatch.

Loving it so far.  Nothing special, but a tidy 1.6 TDI CAYC engine which is surprisingly brisk and smooth to drive.

I think i see a few names here and there who must have came over from uk-mkivs onto here.

Any other CAYC 1.6 owners on here with opinions on their motor?
