Can anyone with a vRS 230 DSG hatchback help out here??

What is the PCP value after 42 months based on 5k per annum?

I know a normal vRS 220 DSG is circa £9,100...but I'm thinking the vRS 230 will be worth a little more, maybe?...

Probably at best 1500 more than the standard car.

Given that when it's 42 months old they'll be loads of facelfits about which are 230ps as standard I doubt i'll be worth more than a 220.

5K is very low mileage and will help residuals. The 230 will hold a premium over the 220 due to it's VAQ-diff. Somehwere between £10K to £11K seems about right for a 42month/18K mile GFV. Privately you may obtain £2K more if car is in nice condition.
