Hi all, just doing a quick overhaul on my octy for the winter and looking to replace the battery now as it's 14 years old. The problem I'm having is the stickers have all peeled off so there is no info as to the power. If anyone can tell me the power rating, CCA,AH etc for the stock battery the would be great. I've done a search including the 1.8t in other cars and I can only see info about upgraded battery's, not looking to upgrade as I run a stock car.

Worth having a look on eurocarparts as they have a big discount promotion running at the moment.

To be honest standard spec or not I would fit a higher spec battery anyway.

I have a 1.8t 4x4 estate and when mine died I put the biggest one that would fit.

But as I dont use it much something that would hold plenty in reserve. 

Thanks for the advice guys. To be honest I was more checking the specs to know the minimum size battery to fit, as I didn't want to underpower the car. I had a spare 61AH 400cca lion battery in the garage that's only a few years old so I've just swapped them over.
