Feeler: 1.8T conversion kit for Fabia

Featured Replies

So I bought another Ibiza and don't know what to do with it. Its going to get broken one way or another as there is damage to the rear quarter. Is there any interest in a 1.8T conversion kit?

The car is a 57 plate Ibiza FR 1.8T so 150bhp as standard, on 73k. If you were interested and wanted to come and hear it running before committing, that's not a problem. However its not road legal and only has 3 wheels, so a test drive won't be possible :p The car has taken a knock to the drivers rear and a wheel has fallen off, the front is unscathed :) If you wanted it as a rolling (ish) shell, that's possible too.

Whats included (if I've missed anything off here I'll add it when I remember), basically everything you'd need from a donor Ibiza, without the hassle of a donor:

Engine

Gearbox

Turbo

ECU

Clocks

Loom (interior+exterior) & doors

Fuel pump

Cooling pipes & radiator

Driveshafts

Hubs (for vRS fitment brakes i.e. 312s)

Front suspension and brakes (advise upgrades/refresh of course :))

Stock Intercooler+Pipes

Engine/Gearbox mounts (x3)

Alternator

Fuel pump+pipes

Ibiza crash bar

Exhaust

ABS pump

Whats not included:

Warranty

Howto Guide

Support :p

I think £600 sounds like a fair price for this, around the sum of the parts if I were to sell the bits & the extra hours involved in stripping it without the reciprocating saw are a Brisky freebie :)
