Losing coolant

Featured Replies

Hi I've owned my vrs since September now it's the 2.0l petrol on a 2006 it has full service history and drives like a dream. I have noticed that I am losing coolant but there are no obvious leaks, I have had to fill it twice over the past 6 weeks as the warning light came on and when I checked the level it was below minimum

This is the first skoda I have ever owned so obviously I don't no where to start with trouble shooting or weather this is a common fault and something needs changing etc.i don't want to take it strate to the garage without having some sort of clue as to what it could be caused by

It has had a stage 1 remap and has an induction kit too , could it be something to do with that? I really don't mean to sound thick but I just don't no these cars yet so I'm kinda scratching my head, could it be the water pump? It's done 94 thousand miles if that helps?

Any advice welcome

Thank you
