Need to replace H7 n/s spotlamp bulb which would be easier if I can remove the air filter box.

Inside are a couple of rubber grommet-type thingys which appear to hold it down after I removed the Allen bolt between it and the battery. Any ideas on how to remove the grommet-type thingys without anything going 'snap'?

Also anything else to disconnect or is it easier to do it the fiddly way with the box in place and a good lead lamp on the subject?

I have managed it on my last Yeti with the air box in place, but I am not boasting it is indeed fiddly and blind. Remember to take your watch off first :D
