Hi,I have a box hung/loose underside drivers side on my fabia any ideas what it is?thanks Graham.

Cover for the connection of the rear (after cat) lambda sensor, I think.

I think they are held on with these clips which tend to dissolve after a while...

Or maybe plastic nuts, I seem to remember from wife's previous 2003MY Polo - forgotten why I needed to find that out, though maybe to check that the plug had been correctly refitted after getting  the flexi section replaced on the exhaust!

 

Edit:- though anything that keeps it back up in place is good.
