Did you get to keep your Skoda umbrella? Or did that go missing too?

I have a 66 plate one but no idea if there is a underway tray

And I didn't get an umbrella

66 SE, have tray and umbrella. Wish the tray was a bit bigger, could've been a useful spot for my fire extinguisher.

What umberella no where would I find that .

I was gonna do but I rang them about something so then they told me over the phone . They said we don't know if it's on yours were not sure but we need to check. And obviously no so they need to have my car for half a day

No relevant recall campaigns have been launched by ŠKODA for the entered VIN

Tried that came up with nothing outstanding

Would be interested If the OP could put his vin in and see what comes up if anything

Ye a missing bit of trim or stuff should not actually come up as a Recall action but good if they did.

 

A Dealership calling a customer to tell them something was missed out that a dealer should have fitted constitutes a employee calling a customer to 'Come on in', 

You can say, 'You come on out' you or Skoda forgot to fit what was paid for, if you did.

 

Or they can pay you expenses to go out of your way if you need to.

So at what build point where these supposed to be fitted

Mine arrived in the UK late august and was registered 1st September

Tbh I haven't even check the car to see if it's there

Nope nothing there except what looks like a fire extinguisher holder right at the front of the seat

Do I just ring the stealers and say should I have a undertray seat and umbrella ???

Where there brochures for the models on sale at the time the vehicles were ordered that have the Standard & Options for interiors?

No point chasing up missing parts like storage unless that was the Standard fitment on Colour Editions coming to the UK at that time.

 

Were they supposed to be on earlier Colour Editions & later Colour Editions?

They never rang me about the problem the car was in for epc light and auto stop start failure a lot and they said that when I was dropping keys off. Which I was shocked and thought nice of them to say that just got to wait couple of weeks for it to be in.

I'd juse ring them and mention or check under your passenger seat of anything is there for storage . If nother ring them and inquire about it .

I read on the Skoda site that all se models and above come with it if ordered after 1st of august

Didn't read the brochure as it was ordered over the phone and the colour edition is based in the se spec so one would assume it should come with it

Not sure if I should speak to customer care or the dealer I find Rainworth ŠKODA a bit useless at non straight forward stuff plus I didn't order the car from them due to the incompetent salesman

Bloody hell well like I said I walked in and she had two sheets and I was like erm it's only come for the epc light she said o yes and a recall and I was like o what.. Can't be engine what could it be. But made me laugh actually . If they hadn't of said anything I'd of been none the wiser to be honest

I have tried explaining to them at Service Desks it is only a Recall when you are contacting keepers and Recalling otherwise they are Service Campaigns / Field Actions, Service Actions 

or Skoda Secret Servicing maybe tell them's maybe not's.

Just checked my 2015 sel 1.2 tsi and I have storage under passenger and drivers seat. I carry a large umbrella in the boot sadly not a standard fitting :( Joe

Can some one post a picture of what the holder under the seat looks like I might have the holder but not sure

No umbrella there though
