I've read a few instructions on this, but it seems confusing.  Does anyone know how to update the maps on the SD card for the amundsen system on a mac (not a PC)?  Any help would be great, thanks!

The problem with using a Mac is that the Mac leaves several files (usually starting with the . (dot) character) and those stop the Amundsen recognising the SD card as a firmware update.

 

So you need to remove those files, either by installing a cleanup App on the Mac or cleaning the card up on a Windows PC before trying to update the Amundsen.

On Amundsen you need original Skoda SD card.

Have you seen this thread?  Appear to be some useful instructions on using a Mac for the updates.

Running CleanMyDrive 2 to remove unwanted downloaded files is the answer.  Solves everything.  Thanks again.
