What tools do a need for to remove the inner track control arms any ideas or picks would be nice thanks.

It may be the beer but I can't think of which part you refer to, please expand on description.

"Control arms are most commonly encountered as part of the MacPherson strut independent front suspension. The control arms are perpendicular to the axis of the vehicle and are termed track control arms. A diagonal radius rod constrains the strut from moving forward and back"... apparently.

So pretty much like a wishbone, I'd say, but of a different design?

Hope that helps?

I'd say you'd just need typical workshop kit - Decent jack, decent socket set, breaker bar, prybar, copper-headed mallet, cups of tea...

See this thread, there is also an embedded video.  Per Ttaskmaster, from my quick review, doesn't appear the be any specific / custom tooling required.
