Exchange 2003 message Queues...

Featured Replies

Another quick question for anyone who may know??

Been monitoring our exchange box over last couple of days, and have noticed that theres usually a load of messages sat in the "deferred delivery" queue... ive no idea why they are there?

what reasons would a message be put in this queue?

thanx in advance

Are they to a range of domain names or just the one.

Could be a DNS issue or a problem with the mailserver at the other end.

Do an email test at dnsreport.com on a few of the recipient addresses and see if there is a problem at the far end or if they should be going through
