Hi. I'm happy I discovered this site. It looks really interesting. I have a three year old Fabia wagon which I love but its also driving me nuts. I'll post my problems elsewhere.

 

I'm not much of a mechanic but I hope I can be of benefit to other members somehow.

Hi There and thank you for the welcome.

 

I just tried my 4th Mechanic who was bewildered by the problem. Drove him round when it was cold and it made rattling sound. As soon as it warmed up it stopped making noise. Also it only makes the noise when going downhill

 

I also emailed Skoda and asked if they could do anything
