Bluetooth interface

Featured Replies

Anyone selling or know where I can get a Bluetooth interface from?

In Fabia III interface is built inside the radio.

Think he means for the OBD port.

I use my old trusty ELM327 one I bought off eBay years ago. Just used it with Carista to enable alarm chirp and needle sweep.

I have heard that the later batches of ELM interfaces are hit and miss whether they work or not.

You could try Amazon : https://www.amazon.co.uk/OBD-II-Engine-System-Diagnostic-Tools/b/ref=dp_bc_3?ie=UTF8&node=2486228031

Bought this WiFi one off of Amazon a few years ago  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00LE58L9W .. though there are cheaper ones on there.

If using Carista - need WiFi version of EM327 for iPhone, and the Bluetooth version for Android.  (Carista's own module - also on Amazon - will do Bluetooth on both iOS and Android)

It's the one for the phone not the obd

Sorry, man .. thought all Fab MkIII Monte Carlo had Phone Bluetooth as standard -  ... I'm with @pab567, then.

Take it, that your car has the Blues Radio then? I was sure that a UK Monte Carlo would have a Bolero - or at least a Swing.

The ICE section may also be good place to put a question like this one.

Edit : just a thought @p90pcd ... what year is your Fabia?

Ah - OK ... you've a MkII Fabia then -- the way they did trim levels was confusing for a while - you must have the Level 3 trim -

meaning you've a Mk II Fabia 3 Monte Carlo !  It is confusing.

This section is for 2015 and on, Mk III Fabias.

You might find more wisdom in the MkII thread !!   https://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/113-skoda-fabia-mk-ii/

All best with your searches !

Edit: Ah - OK --- I see you've already been there !!! :D  Ciaooo !

This thread on there, might help - especially the last post from JGrindel:
