Retrofit cruise control

Hi everyone, I'm new to the skoda world, I've just bought a 2007 Octavia vrs tdi and I want to retro fit cruise control, I've purchased a stalk with cruise on it, once I've fitted it is there anyone near me that can help program it please, I'm in chesterfield

Unfortunately it isn't quite that simple. Mike should be along soon to help he knows his stuff. Anyway, you'll need to scan the car and find out what part number your steering control unit is and wether it supports cruise control. I've fitted cruise to mine ( thanks to Mike H ) and Mike coded it for me but i was lucky in the fact my controller supported it.

I'm not sure how many runners there are are on Briskoda but but instead of hijacking Mac's diary I thought I'd start a general discussion area for runners. Hi, I took my 2018 Karoq for it's annual service and MOT at a dealership last week. It passed the MOT but they have recommended the following remedial work: Engine coolant pump is leaking and needs replacing - £753 (including parts, labour, VAT) Brake fluid change ~ £100 (including parts, labour, VAT) Spark plug change ~ £175 (including parts, labour, VAT) Can anyone recommend a non-dealership garage that could do this work (hopefully for less!) Thanks

Hi All, I'm new to the forum, this being my first post. I am loving the community so far. I have not long ago got a new to me 2016 Octavia Scout. ODBEleven is showing a P047000 'Exhaust Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit'. I did a little searching around has not found much about this exact fault code. I bought a sportline flat bottom steering wheel but it was the heated version with the view button. I knew the airbag would have a bit of a gap but I didn’t like how it looked or felt overall. So I now have that for sale if anyone is interested. I am on the hunt for a round leather steering wheel. Version with phone button not view button, but with the DSG paddles. If anyone can point me in the direction of the correct part number or even if you have one for sale please let me know!

Hi, im new to the forum. I have a skoda fabia 1.2 tsi 2017. The air con pipes have a kink and has split so im looking for a replacement, im not car savvy in any way so i have no idea what im looking for. The garage have tried to order directly from Skoda however they arent responding so mechanic said if i get the part he will fit it.
