Parking sensors

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if you can easily retrofit the parking sensors that communicate with the radio? I've got an Edmundsen+ (old version with the green graphics) and a 14 plate Rapid. If not how easy is it to fit standard sensors yourself?

The complete OE retrofit kit is available via SuperSkoda or your local Skoda dealer parts counter. There is a lot of wiring to run from the boot to the dashboard for the radar display, and the speaker needs to go into the B pillar. You will basically have to take out the interior on one side of the car to fit it neatly.

Suggest you just get aftermarket beep sensors that can be wired to a reversing light. Cheaper and easier to fit.

Also look into if you can wire an after market kit up to OEM sensors..
