Anyone know how to deactivate the button on the remote which opens the boot?

The boot opening self when I have key in pocket. It happen few times already, one it was opened all night.

There is a long post on this subject here. The outcome was, no there is no way to deactivate it.

What people seem to be going for is a pouch you can keep the key in.

you will be able to disable it in VCDS -
