Sorry if this has been covered before but got a 2011 Scout and want to put a Hid kit on low beam but can't find a kit that will fit its got H7 bulbs but they fit into a holder and this is what holds it into the light unit

not the bulb itself had the same problem on my last car a VW CC can anyone help.

Thanks for that Mike that all way too much for me I'am no good with electrics will see if I can find someone to do it I've had Hid's put on the main beam by my local garage but with no resistors do you think I will have problems never have on other car's plus can't see how they would fit the holders think I must be a bit thick
