We do not need the centre arm rest which is fitted to our Fabia.

Presumably we have to remove a plastic trim to get access to the mounting bolt(s).

Anybody ever fitted/removed this type of arm rest ?prob OEM type and looks identical to the pic below.

We do not need the storage space and I just find it gets in the way whilst driving,if stowed upright I keep clonking my elbow on it LOL

They are a popular upgrade so worth keeping if you ever plan on selling the car. You'll need the blank cover trim I removed on my guide

Some detailed pics of the Armrest - looks OEM - Has VW and Skoda markings on all components.

Just fingermarks on the plastic trim panels,and a couple of light  scratches.
