Friedrich motor sport make a full exhaust and/or just the back box for the hatch and the estate and they are for sale on ebay, just search 'Fabia NJ exhaust'  and they also have a huge selection of tips to choose from. 

 

On the monte carlo version the tip angle is changed so it doesnt come through the rib on the diffuser as this is what seems to be the problem with other mk3 exhaust ive seen

With the spare wheel well going right back to the crash bar on the Fabia. No way of having centre exit. R5 doesn't have a spare wheel well.
