fitting centre safety belt to rear seat

My dog has chewed the centre rear belt of my Fabia II HTP. I bought a replacement belt, thinking fitting would be simple as on my previous 2 Skodas. However, this belt is not the same type as my previous 2 Skodas. Peviously they were simple lap belts, this is a retractable type, the same as the other 4 belts. I can't work out how to remove the exixting belt reel from it's position in the RH side rear seat back. Any one know the procedure?
