Where do I find the VIN number for my car? 

There's a window in  the windscreen just above the wipers.

...although the Bangalore resident's model Rapid is not the same car as the European / Chinese one, I'm sure Gav's tip will help.

There's also a VIN plate on the right side of the car, also paper sticker located on the left side where the spare tyre is stored.
