I appreciate your help, my intention was to solve the problem without door panel removal. 

But as I understand I have to proceed with rear doors disassembly, -door panel removal- to check how much voltage drop there. Is that what your suggestion?

In that case we will have two results , 1. Low voltage 2. Normal voltage. Then I don't know how to proceed ... Is it possible the motor to be broken and the vcds code to be low voltage or in that case the vcds code will be different ?
