I'm back..sort of, after 3 Fabias

Featured Replies

I suppose its around 2 years since I parted with my lovely 1.2 Tsi Fabia. A regular contributor on here at the time I decide to have a change and went bonkers with a 2.5 V6 Rover 75. Loved it but it was eating my money.

Now I'm an old git so don't need anything other than a run about with the occasional annual holiday jaunt which is a few hundred miles to Scotland usually.

My initial plan was to buy a Citigo but a really nice Seat Mii by Mango came up close to me and I got a really good deal. Me being the impulsive type I snapped it up. Why I want a car "designed for Ladies" and has "an interior like the inside of a handbag" is another story!! But it's so cute I couldn't resist. My wife doesn't drive so all the girly bits , 'nude' colour, handbag hooks, illuminated vanity mirror (you know for putting on your lippy etc)!! and quirky little 'by Mango signs on side windows, door kick plates and embossed into the seat headrests etc. are all mine.B) The seats are half "leather" and suede. It has the infotainment Sat Nav thingy too so now I need to get a smart phone for music and such ( wife calls me a silly old b***er)

It's a 2015 plate and has the 74 ps engine. I pick it up Friday.

Just thought I'd let you know as I really do hope you will accept me back with my 'foreign' model to which is one of the best forums on the net so that I can keep in touch with all things Citigo that largely will apply to my little Mii.

Cheers,

Harry.

Welcome back sort of. :D

Welcome back! I'm sure we can just about withstand a Mii owner :D

P.S.

Why the need for a smart phone? The PID has a memory card slot so you just need a micro SD card for your music. ;)

Collected the Mii Friday as planned. I know the motoring media speak highly of the trio of Up, Citigo and Mii and now I can see why. Brilliant is the only way I can describe the drive, ride, space and comfort for such a small car. Very pleased.
