Where do the artists get this 3 door coupe from at post 1?   All of the family crossovers on sale right now have 5 doors.   The disguised car in the first pic is clearly a 5 door,

With cars constantly getting bigger, for some it'll be ideal eg pre kids & post kids.

But will you be able to recognise it without reading the badge?.

Perhaps this could be the next skoda KETI.?

So no mention of the Skoda Karoq or SEAT Ateca, the ones on the shared platforms,

you would think that VW Group might not want them associated with VW or in the same size class

or an alternative option to the Japanese, South Korean, Europen or Chinese models.

The disguised car in the first pic is clearly a 5 door, you can see all the handles.

Functional ,space efficient as opposed to aesthetically pleasing and sexy ,I believe is the industry description.

Whoa, I have a bit of sick in my mouth now.

That is a nasty little ****er

I’m expecting it to have a Gasoline Particulate Filter .

I’ll bet it won’t be a heavily promoted ‘feature’ by sale staff.

Theres been no new because it’s bad news.

ALL petrol cars will have them.

No matter how they look in Bright Colours when in 'Stealth'  Grey , Dark Silver etc and not right up your jacksy they just blend into the other vehicles around you IME.

Then if the rear brake lights constantly on in front when you are in gridlock traffic or just following one are not ridiculous you get a chance to get used to the arse of them.

Some of or nearly all of those Mercedes rear lights are still just OTT, and Jaguars, but BWW and Audi seem to be calming down the Christmas Tree look.

Saw a brand new 181 regged t-roc today on my way home, in adjacent lane approaching a roundabout.

Its a drab looking fatboy in real life...

This is really the car that road testers of the latest small VW Cross over vehicles should compare them against.

The discontinued one that had function over styling.

It just needed a bit better promotion maybe and also the engineering / parts / bodywork to make it usable as a softroader with a bit more clearance.

There is still the need for Skoda / VW to have a Small usable offroader or at least off the tarmacadam roads.
