Can anyone tell me how to enable the alarm confirmation on a 2017 monty Carlo, nothing in central electrics or long code helper nothing in mfd either, thanks in advance.

Select car button on dash with ignition on. Settings. Unlocking and locking. Then tick audible sound

I used Carista to enable mine

 

Didnt know it was in the menu options

Not a menu option on my 2015 SE L either.

activate option in infotainment via VCDS:

- Modul 5E – Information Electronics
- Adaptation 10
(4)-Acknowledgement signals-Menuesteuerung akustische Rueckmeldung) change to active

if you don´t have activate this, you need change via VCDS:

- Modul 09 – Central Electronics
- Coding 07 - Long coding
- Byte 05 – check bit 0, 2 and 4 (confirm it)
and than 
Adaptations 10

"Otvoriť a zatvoriť" mean "Open and Close" in settings

"Akustické potvrdenie" mean "Acoustic confirmation". car trumpet throught horn
