Gear stick Vibration

hello fellow briskodians, for some reason i couldn’t log in on my old account must have forgotten the password hence the brand new one, i have just bought my third vrs after my last tfsi was murdered by a lug falling from a poor quality pcv blanking kit (avoid blanking kits)

anyway the new one is nice condition only problem is the gearstick vibrates like a rampant rabbit in 4th,  low revs enough to see it move and as the revs build it can just be felt, now obviously it shouldn’t do this as my previous one didn’t. no other gear has any vibration whatsoever and sometimes 4th is fine depending on how the shift has happened etc...

anybody have any ideas? ive scoured the internet already
