Hi

My old and mostly reliable vrs was in for a service last week.

I was told that the car needs new rear bump stops.

Where do i get replacements from?

Has anyone got the part numbers and the name of a good suppler 

I did see a guide somewhere but couldn't find it the other day.

Are they difficult to replace?

Good fitting guide by Mike as usual. I've recently done this job myself and along with wheel removal took me about 2 hours. I'm certain Mike mentions the part number too. I also had a 4 wheel alignment done after fitting as it can knock it out a bit.

Thanks for that, i take it they will fit an aftermarket suspension set up
