Wipers sticking mid screen

I own a 2006 Skoda Superb 1.9TDI 

The wipers kept sticking mid screen and sometimes just did whatever they wanted to do.

Having taken the car to numerous garages and dealers and being told it could either be the motor or the squib which could prove expensive I decided to tackle it myself.

I pulled the dashboard to bits and found the 377 relay that controls the wipers, changed this with one I bought off of eBay for a tenner and problem solved.

The relay is situated behind the fuse panel at the drivers side of the dash. It can be bought new from TPS or a dealer for £60 plus vat.

I'm posting this on here as I couldn't find any answers on the Internet anywhere, hopefully this will help somebody out
