When I press on the plastic above the hazard lights (on the passenger air bag light indicator), you can feel the whole ventilation and the console above it moving / rattling.

 

How could I fix this part from making noise?

Buy a petrol? they dont vibrate the hole car :-)

To get the central ventilation grill out you first have to remove the infotainment screen.

Then use s small screwdriver and lift up the securing tabs you can see at the bottom opening in the grill and at the same time push it outwards with a hand through the screen opening.

And how to remove infotainment screen?

I did not remove the touchscreen...

I used 2 needles to lift up the tabs and inserted an old credit card between the chrome frame and the dash.

You need the credit card to keep the vent unit away from the dash and to avoid the tabs to close.

Once you are finished on the left side leave the credit card inserted and use another one on the right side.

Once all the tabs are unlocked just pull the lower side.

Mine rattled from the factory because one of the tabs had incorrect shape and did not hold the vent unit in it's place.

I used some heat to bend that tab and it's good since then.
