Having trouble with my mk1 octavia vrs 1.8. 

I have replaced the cam shaft and crank shaft sensors. Also done the spark plugs and battery today. Then i reset the error codes. 

Still the engine warning light is on And having trouble to start it. I just dont want to chuck mire money at it and not sort the problem out. 

 

You guys have more knowledge about this than me. Could someone help please. 

First off, what are the fault codes? Can't give much advise without knowing error codes. 

Im not sure bud. All i know is that i have replaced the battery, and spark plugs, crank shaft and cam shaft sensors. Ill get the codes tomorrow and let you know. Someone said it might be the timing is out. 

If it's only just started doing it I doubt it will be the timing as it won't just go out on its own.
