Does anyone happen to know if the FL version of the VRS was released prior to April this year?

 I have been looking on the internet for a used FL version registered prior to April on the basis of having a lower VED charge. I haven't come accross any to date, but can see other FL versions registered in March this year. 

The vRS was available to order from the start of March so I'd bet no, given the 12 week lead time. 

Might be a very few press demo's but, they'll be rare as hen's teeth, is £110 p.a. in RFL really that big a deal?

I suppose on that basis I'd have to ask myself is the FL version worth an extra £110 p.a.?
