Green caliper paint

Featured Replies

I know this has been done to death but can't find any up to date threads where the links to the paints are working.

I know hammerite green has been discontinued and difficult to find and I don't really have the time to wait for a paint shop to get me some mixed up.

Does anyone know of any greens that I can get off the shelf which would be a reasonable match. Doesn't need to be perfect just a roughly similar colour as I have just bought some 312mm Calipers and they are not painted.

Try website paragon paints, https://www.paragonpaints.co.uk/Pantone-348C.html .. this is the exact colour for the calipers, I know you said you would like something off the shelf but if you can manage to wait a few days (think mine took about 4 working days) then it's worth using this stuff as it goes on well and looks awesome when fully dry

Just get engine enamel...

Problem is its £20.50 one you add shipping. Its not worth that much to me to be the exact colour.

I used RAL 6029 mint green on mine

That reminds me I have a can of proper Hammerite I have to put in the classifieds. Keep forgetting stuff.
