Fitting 19" alloy wheels help please

Featured Replies

Hi guys and girls . I've been searching and searching and cant find a 100% answer , I've also googled and tried calculation sites and I cant seem to get my head around it , I know they stick out 29mm more then the standard wheel . The wheels i'm looking at are 8.75j and et38 and I will be fitting 225/35/19 tyres to them . I think the rears will fit ok its just the fronts might stick out more then I want . The car is lowered also 30mm

What size 19s have everyone else fitted without rolling the arches or modding anything else , thanks in advance

My 9's were et30 and just cleared with 215/35's but I was pretty low.

If your at a sensible height you'll be fine

I'm only lowered 30mm . I've put a straight edge down the side of the and when measured back it's only 20mm so would this mean the wheel stick out 9mm more then the bodywork ?
