I feel a bad smell when, when I turn off, I put the "rest" on in operation. When the car is turned on, everything is perfect. Do you think i need to be sanitized? After 13,500 km?

Highly likely.....and it's not the mileage but how old the 'system' is and the environment the car is used/kept in, plus how you use the climate controls.  Can happen at any time in any car with these type of climate/air-conditioning systems fitted.

I don't use the ac in anger very often but when I do I always make sure I turn it off at least 5 minutes before I get home. My reasoning is that it will dry things out.

 

If may or may not be working but no bad smells in car yet... At least generated by the ac .... :-(
