What is this securing bracket?

Featured Replies

Taking off my ever so crappy bov I've managed to snap a sort of bracket which connect 2 of the hoses together for the charger. Going to need to get a new one so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Pipe to the Turbo, no idea what they are called, but the person on the parts desk will tell you when they check on the screen.

Probably gonna charge me an arm and a leg for a piece of plastic. Looks like a trip for Monday. Cheers

Could you not just wire tie the pipes together and if you used 2 could you not secure them to the original clip.

Might save a bob or too

To use it now wiring it up very securely is what is needed and be sure it is sealed and do not 'give it sum' on Super & Turbo because any leak will likely

have the Exhaust Emissions Control light on, and possibly even limp mode activate.

Was supposed to pick the part up today (£9) only to find out they'd received the wrong piece. They've been sent a jubilee clip which has the right part number apparently. I thought the whole point of unique part numbers is to avoid situations like this. So now I have to wait until Saturday.
