Anyone got any advice on towing mirrors. Our existing millenco ones keep falling off, 

You can buy replacement clamp feet that have a little ridge on them that match the gap in the mirror housing. I think they are known as 'F shaped'.

 

I swapped to them and haven't had a problem in 16 months of towing.

I've checked the product number against Milenco's own website and they are the correct ones. They came as pack of 4. The picture below shows the ridge that goes into the gap on the door mirror surround.
