Non starting issue

Hello my Octavia Vrs tdi was driving great and all of a sudden stopped and would not start again, it keeps turning over but will not catch so I left it and came back a few hours later, eventually it started but ran uneven and only drove about 50 yards and stopped and will not start since, a friend put the code reader on it and comes up with p2030 code but unfortunately it covers everything on the fuel system. Main dealers have been less than helpful but my local mechanic advised me to spray easy start into the air intake which I did and it started and ran for a little while so it seems that fuel is not getting up to the engine. So far have checked all fuses and relays that I could find under the dash and all are okay, also strange buzzing which sounds like near pump area with ignition on and doesn't go until ignition been turned off for a few mins. I wonder does anyone have any suggestions please?
