Fuel Comparison - Tesco vs Competitor

Featured Replies

Found an interesting article (in the PDF attached) regarding an independent test of Tesco fuel against a "competitor" - which isn't named. Makes interesting reading, and kind of reinforces what we already know, supermarket fuels are not as clean as they say they are......but only by a small margin...

I've pretty much using Tesco Momentum for 95% of fuel usage, generally believe I get approx. 5% minimum improvement on fuel consumption  compared previously used Sainsbury's Super Unleaded 97Octane rated. Gut feel is a minor uplift in performance  and smoother running but not technical, equipped to challenge my gut.

Both in the Boxster 981 & Golf R mk7.
