Oil filter element is stuck in the cap - how do you get it off? The erwin manual just says "remove oil filter element". It's the replaceable paper element

RESOLVED  - just needed to tug harder! (Would have deleted/edited post but the edit option seems to have disappeared!)

Sounds like you need to work on your tugging technique
