Over a year since the last post in here and I wondered if any progress has been made? I also have an H50 unit with 0933 Software/Firmware and I'm keen to get it updated.

Hi, I have just bought mine 2017 Octavia and I have the same non color icons with the H50 / 0933. Anybody any luck on this??

I've always had mine in "List" mode - didn't know there was a Grid option. Just been out to my car (November 2017) and the icons are in colour.

So looks like there has definitely been a change and the early FL cars have had "stock items" fitted and the later ones have had the newer kit.

I don't think you'll ever see an update through official channels, seems very rare that people say they went to Skoda and they performed an update on Infotainment equipment.

That's not an answer I was hoping for but unfortunately it might be a truth.
